My practice focuses on integrating one's body and mind awareness. I work well with clients who are interested in building their resilience as opposed to examining pathologies. I believe you have the innate ability to heal in a safe and nurturing environment. I specialize in treating traumas, attachment issues, anxiety and depression in general as well as post-partum depression. While I believe in tailoring treatment to each individual's needs, my practice originates from my extensive training in gestalt therapy, family systems, somatic experiencing and EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
