I work best with clients who are motivated to welcome change into their lives and approach their symptoms/problems in a respectful and understanding way. I believe all aspects of ourselves, even problematic behaviors, are there for reasons. I help clients better understand their own behavior and what brings about tension in relationships. Together we gain understanding about the history of behavior and determine what may allow for a different experience.
