Are you unhappy with your life or unfulfilled in your relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed by worry, sadness, anxiety or uncertainty? Sometimes we just get stuck and find that coping on our own isn't working. My passion is working with college students and young adults to provide supportive therapy around a variety of issues that feel too big to manage on your own anymore. I use evidenced- based interventions specializing in trauma as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationships/ behavior patterns, and addiction issues. I am accepting new clients and will respond the same day.
