Hello and welcome! My name is Lexi Wagner, owner of Positive Pathways Therapy in Helena, MT. I really enjoy getting to know each of my clients and their unique experiences. I work with individuals and couples navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about how therapy might help you, you're welcome here. My approach is down-to-earth and supportive, while still tackling the hard stuff. I am also fully trained in EMDR to help clients navigate and process through trauma and PTSD. I am available in person or via Telehealth.
