I am a Masters level social worker with 30+ years of experience working with individuals ages 18+. I am certified in EMDR therapy. I specialize in working with adults with trauma, life transitions, anxiety and depression. Through EMDR, DBT and IFS skills, you will strengthen your self energy and learn how to heal and manage intense responses.
