The therapeutic process should be natural and flowing. I am a thoughtful listener, energetic, and meaningful interaction is central in my method of treatment. Reducing anxiety, depression and difficulties in relationships and careers are a priority in my work as a therapist. In my experience, it is the nature of relationships and careers to become a crisis over time. Although the crisis leads to conflicts and is therefore anxiety producing, it is also an opportunity to explore experiences to achieve personal insight, personal transformation and career improvement.
