Hi! My name is Preeti (Pree-thee) and I am an LPC, NCC in Naperville, IL. I help people who have lived through trauma, difficult relationships, and/or chronic stress find relief, clarity, and confidence in themselves again. My goal is to help you visualize your most authentic life, based on your values, and work towards getting closer to it. I like to work with a strengths-based perspective as well. My approach is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and paced in a way that feels right for you — no rushing, no judgment. I also like to get to know each other and have fun!
