Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Presley. I welcome children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, and adults who are seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, ADHD, crisis intervention, and LGBTQIA+ issues and identity exploration. My goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to address and manage your symptoms. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I use aspects of person-centered counseling, strengths-based, and Internal Family Systems parts work to help clients explore their inner selves with compassion, build understanding and self-worth, and foster personal growth and unity within the self.
