I want to work with you and come alongside you for the journey. You will enter a safe and inclusive space where you are welcome & together, we blend psychological techniques and your values, to reshape your life. Faith-based counseling is available should you desire it. If you feel alone or like you just dont quite fit, you are welcome here. If you desire change, but don't know how or where to start, it's here and now. Together, we can "Boldly go into the future you've been waiting for". In the context of talk therapy I often utilize: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Faith-based therapy, and helpful psychoeducation. Depending on your challenges, therapy goals, and personality, we will work together to see what modality might best suit your individual needs.
