I am a provider who enjoys working with individuals and family units who want to see change in their lives. My clients are the ones who struggle with emotional control/regulation and negative thoughts and wish to learn effective ways to gain control over and in their lives. They are the people who are open to thinking outside the box and tapping into their imaginative/creative side to effect change. Many of my clients struggle with interpersonal conflicts and communication barriers and are seeking to be able to develop coping tools to help improve communication and feel more empowered.
