My diverse background awards me the opportunity to understand complex trauma, facilitate cultural awareness and bring to light inner strengths. Being Puerto Rican, I understand wholly the importance of cultural diversity, folklore and traditions. Understanding Afro-Latino roots and heritage can be a large part of belonging and healing. Goals include: Healing from childhood trauma; Relationship Issues, Immigration, Healing from Codependency, Addiction related issues.
