I imagine you are on here because you are seeking a safe space to unpack all that has begun to unfold before you, and you are seeking some clarity as to how to move forward. Dealing with stress, trauma and anxiety is not easy, but learning how your current coping skills are no longer serving you, will bring you one step closer to your healing. I am versed in the fields of anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma and the effects they have on the mind, body, and spirit. I ground my work in faith, a client-center approach, and help clients move into healing through healthier choices.
