I am a psychotherapist that utilizes a systemic and humanistic approach when working with my clients. My areas of expertise include relationship issues, sex therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, perinatal and women's health, and major life transitions. I work with individuals and couples; both monogamous and non-monogamous. As a marriage and family therapist, my lens considers the impact of the bigger picture. We, as human beings, are not designed to do life alone. We are shaped by our experiences, both past and present, and often need guidance, encouragement, education, and support as we navigate life's challenges. Therapy is a great place to do this.
