Mental health is three- fold. Emotional, social, spiritual health. Each of these need to be taken care of and nurtured. When any of these areas are out of balance it shows up in ones mental health. My desire to help you bring these areas into balance by treating the whole person. My approach in counseling is to guide Clients as they work toward positive change, healthy life balance, and the development of personal insight into their situation using a variety of theories with the option integrating faith into the counseling session.
