Maybe you suspect you may be experiencing symptoms of complex trauma but are unsure where to even start. I specialize in working with folx navigating past/recent trauma or overall life stress/stressors. I practice based primarily in EMDR, parts work, brain spotting, with use of skills based approaches with somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, DBT and CBT skills.
