I work with thoughtful adults—often BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first-generation, or multicultural—who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected despite insight or past therapy. Many are navigating identity questions, trauma histories, or major life transitions and want therapy that is both stabilizing and meaningful. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and DBT perspectives with an emphasis on emotional safety, regulation, and integration rather than intensity or destabilization.
