I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 18 years experience working with children, tweens, teens, adolescents, young adults and their families. We can all agree that at every age and stage of life we encounter hurdles. As we attempt to negotiate these hurdles they may bring about anxiety, depression, anger, academic and other school-related struggles, emotional struggles, trauma, eating disorders, self-harm (cutting), grief, executive functioning difficulties and self-esteem issues. As we address and manage these conditions we find ourselves, often times, needing help to do so.
