I am a licensed therapist with a strong background in Bowenian therapy, as well as many other modes of treatment that support, strengthen, & educate clients to facilitate insight and change. I have trained and worked in the mental health field over 29 years, working extensively with individuals, families, and couples. My professional practice & college teaching experience has given me a broad base, yielding unique strengths in helping individuals from all walks of life. I treat trauma, all forms of addiction, relationship challenges, children of alcoholics, anxiety, depression, grief, issues specific to first responders, and more. I strive to help clients break free from those emotional, psychological, and thought constraints which impede progress, so they may grow and obtain optimum fulfillment in relationship with self/others. Clients seeking services at my facility experience privacy and confidentiality. I strive to facilitate trust, offering integrity, trust, and tools for change.
