First, trauma is never your fault, and second, trauma disconnects you from who you really are. Deep down, you know this. You may have tried several models of therapy and there is still this quiet voice inside asking you to remember. Because of trauma, we disconnect from our bodies and this present moment. We look outward for approval. We believe something is wrong with us and that we should be happy. Maybe, nothing is wrong with you. You just forgot who you are and plant medicine is one path to remembering.
