I believe in a holistic and strength based approach to counseling that draws from a variety of clinical theories, with a focus on a mindfulness approach. I enjoy creating a safe and welcoming environment to help my clients reach their goals. I work with individuals and their families experiencing behavioral issues, trauma, grief and loss, as well as substance use issues.
