What is an immigration psychological evaluation? It's a conversation with a licensed mental health professional. Where we discuss your history and gather information about how your mental health is being impacted, due to the specifics of your immigration case. The evaluation will last about 120 minutes. A written report summarizing the evaluation will be provided to your attorney to be include with your immigration petition.
