My ideal client population are adolescents, young adults, and adults. I take interest in working within this population because there are many mental and emotional challenges that arise within adolescence, and well into adulthood. Such as struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, codependency, past painful experiences/ trauma and identity challenges. I also enjoy working with the family unit as I take pride in being a Beacon of Light, Speaker of Truth, and Author of Hope. I am here to help you achieve your goals, maintain a peace of mind and confidently walk in your true essence.
