I work with adult's children and teenagers. I believe if I can help children and teenagers to cope and mange while they are young that they will do much better managing their lives as adults. I can relate to adults in many different areas of life, and I believe that everyone should have access to someone that will listen and empathize with their experiences without judgement. I care about all of the client's that I work with, and my goal is to help them reach their goals and overcome any obstacles that may be keeping them from doing this. My area of expertise is working with clients that deal with depression, anxiety, and adhd. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts and feelings impact their behavior. I also work with my clients to help see their situations more positively and from a different perspective.
