Maybe you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, helping everyone else but rarely feeling supported — here, you don’t have to do it alone. It’s okay to not be okay. I work with young adults (18–30) virtually in New Jersey who are struggling with trauma, depression, attachment challenges, or life transitions. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to care for yourself. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space to explore past experiences, heal old wounds, set boundaries, regulate emotions, and develop coping skills so you can feel understood, regain clarity, and build a life that truly feels manageable and meaningful.
