My specialty is LGBTQ+ issues and relationship counseling. My approach is grounded in Client-Centered Theory and have experience and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and other relational humanistic methods. What that all means is I will honor the processes that you naturally use to work out problems while helping you be more clear about how you really think and feel, help you find and resolve trauma, and work out problems in relationships. I am known for being warm, inviting, empathic, nonjudgmental, and authentic. You can trust me to keep your secrets, welcome your thoughts, and honor your process of solving problems.
