Therapy is a service that is subjective; it looks different to all individuals. I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist that provides services to individuals suffering from depressive and anxiety symptoms and meets the clients where they are at delivering services based on their take on therapy. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
