My goal is to work with you to help process your thoughts and emotions, as well as discover and achieve your desired goals from our sessions. I am currently seeing clients aged 16 and older, but I especially enjoy working with clients ranging from 18 to their late 20s. I've worked with those who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, lack of coping skills, relational issues, self-esteem issues, and more.
