CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH! I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of personal and mental health issues, which include: anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, phobias, sleep disorders, grief/bereavement, sexual orientation/gender issues, trauma/abuse, disordered eating, substance abuse, self-esteem, academic/career struggles, and relationship/interpersonal issues. I also have a special interest in women's issues including family planning, pregnancy and postpartum. My approach strongly emphasizes the importance of an empathic, warm, non-judgmental, positive stance towards my clients. I value my clients' experience and am intrigued by their unique life experiences and perspectives. I believe individuals are knowledgeable about their contexts, values, and lives, and are doing the best they can.
