I focus on loss, both death-related and non-death-related. I have devoted my work to supporting grievers, explaining the nuanced and complex grief process, as well as identifying strategies to help navigate the new abnormal. I also work with clients at end-of-life to help them and their families talk about what comes next. Whether you have experienced the death of a sibling, parent or parent-figure, spouse/partner, an adult child, friend or colleague or pregnancy loss, or are struggling with the loss of identity, loss of a job, loss of a romantic relationship, retirement, or other life transitions, I'm here for it.
