I have 27 years of experience working in mental health, with 13 of those years being in residential treatment centers for teenagers and the last 14 in outpatient therapy with ages 12-99. I have extensive experience and training in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, relational problems, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, etc. I am skilled in a wide range of treatment techniques and believe each person has the right of self-determination to decide what is best for them and how I can help them achieve their goals.
