I have been working with people in the behavioral health arena since 1984. I see many diverse individuals who have been living with many different issues. I feel that it is important to meet the individual where they are, and with them determine what types of change will be facilitated by therapy. I currently see a number of individuals who are battling substance abuse in addition to other life issues. My goals are to help motivate the individual to change and then help them to make and maintain the changes they need to make.
