Hello there! I know sometimes the idea of therapy can be daunting, and my role is to be your guide through the journey of self-discovery and growth. I use a variety of techniques in my practice, as I believe each patient deserves a unique approach to yield the most fruitful results. A typical session with me usually contains open dialogue, psychoeducation, and a bit of humor. I help my clients with self awareness, identifying their strengths, and finding their voice.
