Hey, have you heard this riddle: How many therapists does it take to change a light bulb? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and am grateful to have been a “heart with ears,” for over two decades. I take a strengths-based, supportive, and solution-focused approach, using evidence-based practices from a variety of modalities to engage children and adults. Many of my clients work on issues relating to managing stress, attachment, substance use, grief/loss, parenting, relationships, ADHD, impulse control/mindfulness, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and mood regulation.
