Rachael is an LCSW located at the Jersey Shore. She is licensed in New Jersey and Virginia. Rachael uses a multi-modal approach in therapy sessions, which guides her to determine the most effective technique for each individual. In addition, she works with those who experience anger, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, PTSD and substance use disorders.
