I have 15 years of experience working with individuals and families as psychotherapist, working with diverse populations in both New York and California, both in health clinic settings and private practice. I have a holistic and somatic foundation, based in my life long interest and study of ancient and modern healing practices. I have a personal yoga and mindfulness practice of many years, which helps to stay grounded and calm in these turbulent times. Because of this, I am a psychotherapist whose orientation is not in just treating the symptoms of mental health, but in helping my clients resolve the root of their issues.
