Welcome, I'm Rachael. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EMDR Therapist, and founder of Heart in Hand Psychotherapy. I help adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My ideal clients are looking to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their lives. They want to heal, grow, and build tools to manage their emotions and reclaim their sense of self. I specialize in EMDR, trauma recovery, and somatic therapy. My background includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and life transitions. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I integrate a mind-body approach into treatment.
