I believe therapy is a space where all aspects of your lived experience are welcomed, honored, and explored at your pace. Grief and loss are integral parts of the human experience and often accompany periods of change. Much of my work focuses on recognizing the impact of loss—whether related to relationships, life transitions, identity, or unmet expectations—and understanding how it shapes our emotional world.
