I'am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Qualified Supervisor, and Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher with over 26 years of clinical experience treating children, teens, adults, and families. My expertise lies treating anxiety, depression, attention problems, and various behavioral and interpersonal matters. I specialize in issues surrounding family life, health and wellness, teenage issues, parenting skills, and communication within the home. I believe in a strong work/ life balance so when I’m not seeing clients you can find me practicing yoga, cooking, listening to music, and spending time with my husband, children, and two dogs.
