I offer attachment-focused, play-based therapy for children, adolescents, families, and individuals in West Los Angeles. My work supports clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, family transitions, and relational stress. Children often communicate their internal world through behavior and play rather than words. In therapy, I use developmentally attuned, play-based approaches to help children express emotions safely, process experiences, and build regulation, while collaborating closely with parents and caregivers in a supportive, non-judgmental way. Through active participation in therapy, parents gain insight into their child's emotions, learn effective communication, and receive guidance for their child's growth. By fostering better understanding and collaboration among family members, we will work together to create a more harmonious and supportive family environment.
