Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated, confused by their reactions, or unsure how to move forward. Whether the concern involves anxiety, mood changes, family stress, or behavioral challenges, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of their experiences. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and strive to make therapy a collaborative process, paced to meet each client where they are.
