I offer an authentic presence and relate to each individual, couple, family and group with heartfelt acceptance, wisdom, and power. My work is centered on building genuine connection, developing somatic awareness, and exchanging honest presence. I offer diverse resources, tools and interventions, including the creative arts, movement, talk-therapy, psycho-education, mindfulness and a safe space to be in relationship. I honor that not everyone learns and heals with the same approach and have a deep respect for the non-verbal realms, for the spiritual world and for the neurology, biology and sociology of making change and achieving optimal wellness.
