I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities - including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Mindfulness Based techniques, and Somatic Experiencing - based on the needs of the individual. I also specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (IM and Lozenge) including preparation and integration support for those looking to integrate ketamine into their treatment plan.
