I have experience working with a wide range of ages and challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults. I support clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, memory, attention, and addiction challenges. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen their communication. In addition, I provide ADHD assessments and ESA evaluations, which include gathering history, using evidence-based tools, and evaluating symptoms to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Following assessment, I offer clear feedback, individualized treatment plans, and recommendations to guide ongoing care and support.
