My name is Rachael Sanowski, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the Metro Detroit area, currently working with clients throughout Michigan via telehealth. I have experience working in an urban integrative healthcare setting, walking with clients through times of anxiety, depression, grief, relational conflict and existential crises. I also have experience working with children and adolescents with autism and ADHD diagnoses, supporting their growth in empathy, problem-solving, emotional regulation and socialization.
