I have extensive experience working with Neurodiverse populations including ADHD, Autism/ ASD, and developmental disabilities. I have also helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, relationships, bereavement, and life changes. I work with a variety of age groups ranging from 15 years to adults. I have helped clients manage transitions into adulthood, employment stress, relationship difficulties and other challanges.
