I work with women identifying individuals that are looking for support in their personal and/or professional lives. Sometimes my clients are amidst a transition — starting college, beginning or ending a relationship, changing jobs, or becoming a parent. Others are feeling stuck or struggling with their friendships, partnerships, family dynamics, or careers. I believe that effective therapy happens when the client and therapist have an authentic, trusting relationship, and the client is invested in their healing. I strive to create a space that meets your unique needs using curiosity, empathy, and humor.
