Coming to therapy for the first time is often a difficult decision. Beginning therapy can be scary and stressful. I strive to create a safe atmosphere where personal challenges can be overcome and fulfilling relationships and lives can be created. I have specialized training in sexual health and functioning, trauma, alcohol and substance abuse, depression, domestic violence, psychosocial functioning following cancer, and anxiety.
