I believe that embracing oneself can be one of life's most challenging journeys, yet among the most rewarding! I'm here to meet you where you are at, and help you on your journey. I treat every client with compassion and through a lens of non-judgment. I spent six years working in community mental health and have treated marginalized/underserved peoples. I love helping clients through phase of life issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood struggles, and more. I apply an integrated approach and use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I am social justice oriented.
