Hello! I am Rachel Blanchette, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and family systems of all types. My belief is that everybody has the ability to incorporate change into their lives when given the opportunity and guidance to do so. Therapy is a sacred space that is yours to make it what you need, with my professional guidance (and occasional bad pun or two). My clients would describe me as supportive, warm, personable, and human. I strive to form a genuine and authentic connection and trust with my clients, as this is the foundation of therapeutic change.
