I provide individual counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults, utilizing a person/child-centered and integrative approach, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, autism, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I will provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their strengths, build emotional resilience, navigate life transitions, and work towards their goals.
